Volunteers are the back bone of the club. We are a community that relies on many hands making light work. There is so much you can do to help on and off the pitch – you do not need to be a football expert. It is rewarding and fun!
Team Managers are critical to the operation of the club and creating a great environment for our members to enjoy the game. They are the link between the members, the club operational staff and ultimately the committee. It is an extremely rewarding role. The club provides induction and training at the start of every season.

Ashburton have a defined coaching program headed by our Technical Director. There are many levels to get involved in coaching and we have dedicated qualified coaches to provide all the support you need. We are committed to improving coaching across all our programs and actively encourage training and development.
