Ashy Announces New Men's State 3 Coach

Zoran Tudor Small

Ashburton United Soccer Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Zoran ‘Zocky’ Tudor as Senior coach for 2020.
Zocky takes over the coaching responsibilities having served as an assistant coach with the senior team this year.

A highly respected and long-term member of the club, Zocky has played for Ashburton’s first team for several seasons, helping the club achieve our championship win and promotion in 2018.

He brings a wealth of experience to the position, having played VPL with St Albans before moving to Dandenong City.

“I am really excited about this new role and the year ahead and can’t wait to get started,” Zocky said.

“We have a terrific playing group in the seniors, as well as an exciting batch of young talent to draw on from the reserves and youth teams.

“The club and I have a lot of ambition and I’m looking forward to getting all our players together and having a successful year in what will be a highly competitive league,” he added.

Zocky takes the reigns from previous senior coach Tony Amato, who the club would like to thank for his hard work and commitment over recent seasons.

Details about preseason will be released in coming weeks.

Any new senior players interested in joining the club can contact Zocky at 0488 555 179.
