‘Kick Off’ Under 4 to 7-year-old boys and girls
Kick Off is a fun, activity-based football program designed to introduce children aged 4–7 to the game in a safe and welcoming environment. Sessions focus on enjoyment, confidence, and the development of core football skills through engaging games and activities.

‘Miniroos’ Under 8 to Under 12-year-old boys and girls
‘Miniroos’ is game based playing where we start to form teams. Kids can play as much or as little as they like – we recommend at least two nights a week training, but we can tailor to suit. Our focus is also to ensure kids are playing at a level that suits their ability.
In 2026, we will again provide a Community Pathway and a Development Pathway for our MiniRoos players. In essence, it is a process for organising our U8-U12 players into teams which give them the best chance to have fun, be challenged and continue to grow their passion for football. If you are interested in playing in a high performance team in 2026 but are currently not doing so, please register at the links below.
Community under 8 to 18 Boys and Girls
Our junior program provides opportunity for any player to play. Players and teams will be graded to ensure they play at an appropriate level.
Always happy for players to try football in pre season, however we recommend you register early in the year to avoid disappointment.
YSL U13 to U18
Ashburton United SC provides a clear and competitive Youth State League (YSL) pathway for players from U13 to U18.
Our performance program is designed to support long-term player development within a high-performance environment, aligned with the club’s football philosophy and values.
The YSL program offers committed players the opportunity to train and compete at an elite junior level, preparing them for progression through the club’s pathway.
Senior Mens
Our senior mens cohort comprises our State 3 South East first team, reserve team and three metropolitan teams playing Sundays.

We have a strong Masters program at Ashburton. Our ‘first to last’ vision is alive and well here with many former players returning to play in competitive leagues.
