Come along to our Ashburton United Soccer Club AGM and consider joining the Committee/Programs in 2023
We invite you to join our Annual General Meeting which will be held at 7.00 pm on Monday November 21, 2022 at Ashburton Community Centre – 160 High Street, Ashburton.
Following 2 years of restrictions on our football activities and community building opportunities, AUSC has been excited to deliver a full season of football to its members in 2022. We look forward to building on this in 2023 by introducing more programs to promote inclusion and provide lots of opportunities to bring our Ashy community together.
The AGM is an opportunity for our community to hear of the Club’s activities throughout 2022, meet with members and learn more of future plans for the Club. All members are encouraged to attend.
Nominations are called for the Committee. Please contact our Club Secretary, Melissa Butler (secretary@ashburtonsoccer.com.au) for more information on Committee Member roles and how to get involved. In line with our constitution, self-nomination is not possible.

All Nomination and/or Proxy forms must be completed and received by the Club (return to secretary@ashburtonsoccer.com.au) by 7.00pm on Sunday November 20, 2022 – 24 hours in advance of the AGM.
AUSC has many other opportunities across all areas of the Club. Bring your expertise to sub-committee working groups helping with such things as events, sponsorship, canteens, age group managers, governance and member engagement. Other volunteering opportunities include grass roots on the ground support such as coaching or managing teams, ground set up and pack down, or simply throwing a sausage on the barbie to feed a hungry crew!
We encourage anyone who has an interest to contact us and have a chat about how they can get involved. No amount of your time is too big or too small and the Club needs volunteers!
