NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of
ASHBURTON UNITED SOCCER CLUB INC.

Notice is given to all members of Ashburton United Soccer Club Inc. that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at 7.00pm on Tuesday November 28, 2023 at Dorothy Laver Reserve West Pavilion, 22 Dunlop St, Ashburton 3147.
We invite you to join us and the AGM is an opportunity for our community to hear of the Club’s activities throughout 2023, meet with members and learn more about future plans for the Club. All members are encouraged to attend.
Nominations are called for the following positions:
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- General Committee #1
- General Committee #2
Please contact our Club Secretary, Melissa Butler for more information on Committee Member roles and how to get involved. In line with our constitution, self-nomination is not possible.
In addition to formal committee roles, AUSC has many other opportunities across all areas of the Club. Bring your expertise to subcommittee working groups helping with such things as events, sponsorship, canteens, age group managers, governance and member engagement. Other volunteering opportunities include grass roots on the ground support such as coaching or managing teams, ground set up and pack down, or simply throwing a sausage on the barbie to feed a hungry crew!
We encourage anyone who has an interest to contact us to have a chat about how they can get involved. No amount of your time is too big or too small and the Club needs volunteers!

- Election of Committee
- Award Recipients
